Paula Passos is graduated in Advertising and has a Master in Business Administration. After more than 10 years working at marketing and advertising agencies, Paula decided to quit her job and move to Paris, in order to learn the French gastronomy. She lived there for a year, studying Cuisine, Pastry and Wine Management at Le Cordon Bleu. She also took classes at other cooking schools in France such as Ritz-Escoffier, Lenôtre, École Alain Ducasse e l'Institut de Paul Bocuse.
